After a long, cold winter in Oregon, spring is a welcome season when the sun begins to peak through the clouds and the colorful blossoms and green leaves return. As soon as the sun comes out, the people follow. It’s not uncommon to see locals just pausing to stand in the sun and bask in the light of the first days of spring.
