Oregon Coast Hotels for a Thanksgiving Getaway
There’s still time to book a hotel at the Oregon Coast for Thanksgiving weekend— at least at the time of this post, the following properties still had rooms available. We would advise booking as soon as possible to lock in your dates, especially since it’s a holiday weekend. Several hotels are already sold out.
North Coast
Astoria
The Bowline Hotel is located on the waterfront trolley line and features individual saunas. Also, the Selina Commodore is reasonably priced and located downtown within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants.

The Gilbert Inn, built in 1885, features unique rooms decked out in antiques if you like historic homes.

Lincoln City
Salishan Coastal Lodge, built in the mid-1960s is one of the best classic hotels on the Oregon Coast. The resort offers on-site dining, a full-service spa, 18-hole golf course, shops and even an aerial adventure park. Also, The Coho Oceanfront Lodge is another great option with ocean-view rooms, fireplaces and outdoor firepits overlooking the beach.

Newport
Rooms are running low in Newport for Thanksgiving weekend. The Inn at Nye Beach still had rooms available when we checked. The hotel includes an infinity spa overlooking the ocean, complimentary breakfast and outdoor fireplaces with an ocean view. The hotel allows dogs and is family friendly.

Yachats
The Overleaf Lodge and Spa offers ocean-view rooms where you can fall asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. Soaking tubs, steam and sauna rooms and spa services are available. The lodge is family-friendly but no pets except service animals are allowed.

Florence
Several hotels in Florence are already sold out for Thanksgiving weekend. The River House Inn still had some rooms when we checked and its located right on the riverfront next to the bridge near Old Town. The hotel is family-friendly but does not allow pets.

Coos Bay
The Mill Casino Hotel sits on the bayfront in North Bend and offers waterfront views, luxurious tower suites and spacious lodge rooms. The hotel is pet and family friendly and there is an RV park on site as well.
Bandon
The Bandon Inn has comfortable, dog-friendly rooms and is conveniently located near Old Town shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included and children are welcome.

Oregon Coast King Tides and Winter Storm Watching
